the successful applicant will be working in key stage 3/ KS3 and key stage 4/ KS4 Utilising their strong classroom presence and management to tackle the daily challenges in a classroom environment. The role of a Cover Supervisor don t include planning and preparation; however, a strong initiative and good communication skills are a must.
The Successful Cover supervisor will have:
* Have experience working with young people in a school or similar setting (preferred)
* Be confident managing classroom routines and supporting student engagement
* Be calm, adaptable, and professional under pressure
* Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Be committed to promoting the school s values and high standards
* Be reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
