Functional Specialist – IT Procurement Hybrid Working | £550–£600 per day Contract – 6 Months Havant Iconic Resourcing is proud to partner with a leading organisation in their search for a Functional Specialist to join their IT Procurement team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to strategic sourcing and contract management across Tier 1 technology partners. Key Responsibilities Lead the sourcing of IT Services, Hardware, Software, SaaS (Cloud), and support renewals. Develop and execute complex contracting and sourcing strategies in collaboration with Category Managers and stakeholders. Negotiate with Tier 1 technology partners. Ensure compliance with internal policies and UK Procurement Legislation. Drive efficiencies in sourcing processes and supplier performance management. Deliver strategic plans for software renewals to optimise commercial value. Required Experience Proven IT procurement expertise. Strong knowledge of IT contracts, especially SaaS and outsourcing/managed services. Experience negotiating with Tier 1 tech vendors. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
