Overview
Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Pump Engineer required to join a leading pump manufacturer.
The successful candidate will provide electrical and mechanical repair, service, and maintenance on various industrial pump systems at customer sites across the South of the UK.
Responsibilities
* Provide electrical and mechanical repair, service, and commissioning of industrial pumps and ancillary equipment at customer sites within the South of the UK.
* Undertake planned and preventative maintenance, and provide advice, diagnostics, and fault finding of industrial pump systems into various industries.
* Work closely with Dry-Installed pumps, Submersibles, Barrel and Tubular casting pumps, and other pump products.
* Install pump products into manufacturing environments across diverse industries.
* Liaise with various engineering departments.
* Work remotely, covering the South, including Swindon, Reading, Guildford, Crawley, Basingstoke, London, and Maidstone.
Requirements
* Experience as a Field Service Engineer, Service Engineer, Service Technician, Installation Engineer, Filtration Engineer, Pump Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, M&E Engineer, Electro-Mechanical Engineer, or similar within pumps.
* Experience in the repair of pumps, or associated products.
* Ability to read engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, and operation manuals.
* A mechanical engineering qualification, degree, apprentice trained, or equivalent would be advantageous.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Willingness to work remotely, covering the South, including Swindon, Reading, Guildford, Crawley, Basingstoke, London, and Maidstone.

* £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
