About the Company:

With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, they are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their passionate and collaborative team.
Role Overview:
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing costs and contracts across projects ranging from £5m to £20m. You will play a key role in project delivery, from initial tender through to final account, ensuring value for money and maintaining quality and compliance at every stage.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and valuations
Conduct subcontractor procurement and contract negotiation
Monitor and report on financial performance of projects
Prepare and agree variations and final accounts
Work closely with the project delivery team and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with contractual and legal obligations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
Background working on medium to large-scale projects, ideally in multiple sectors
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Relevant qualifications (e.g. BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent)
