This role will be office-based in Birmingham.
Our client provides a comprehensive range of services including planned, reactive, compliance, and project works to a diverse client base. Services range from fixing leaks to disaster recovery, cleaning, and security.
The Role
You will engage with property directors, facilities managers, and purchasing departments in a new business capacity. Working closely with the Group MD and Chief Executive, you will learn how to sell FM services, handle leads, prepare presentations, and manage bids, tenders, and proposals, including writing responses and completing Prequalification questionnaires. Attendance at various FM events, which may include overnight stays, will also be required.
