Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organised Business Administration Apprentice to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in business administration while gaining a nationally recognised qualification.
As a Administration Apprentice, you will support the smooth day-to-day running of the business by assisting with administrative tasks, customer communication, and office organisation. You will gain hands-on experience across various departments while developing key workplace skills.
Key Responsibilities
Providing general administrative support to the team
Answering telephone and email enquiries professionally
Managing and organising electronic and paper filing systems
Data entry and maintaining accurate company records
Supporting internal teams with administrative projects
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
Assisting with customer service enquiries
Essential Skills & Qualities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organisational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional and positive attitude
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
Previous work experience (part-time, voluntary, or school-based)
Familiarity with office environments
