Llanmartin Primary School is a small school on the outskirts of Newport. As a school, we are proud of our values of Respect, Inspire, and Nurture, with a collective goal that ‘Together we can Achieve’.
The pupils, staff, and Governors are seeking an inspirational, highly motivated, and forward-thinking class teacher to join our team for the Autumn and Spring terms.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position starting from 1st September 2025, pending pre-employment and safeguarding checks.

Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) are encouraged to apply.
The selection process includes a lesson observation, followed by interviews and a school tour for shortlisted candidates.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All staff and volunteers are expected to share this commitment. This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
