You should be able to undertake high-quality assessments, work directly with children, parents, and carers, and liaise effectively with various agencies to support safe and timely outcomes. Experience in court work (public or private law) is highly desirable. What the Job Involves This role involves completing Child Impact Reports under the Pathfinder model and working closely with Cafcass, legal professionals, and the court to assess the needs and wishes of children, explore family dynamics, and provide analytical recommendations. You will ensure the well-being and safety of children, participate in relevant meetings, and contribute to service learning and development as part of a reflective and supportive team environment. Maintaining accurate case records in line with statutory requirements and providing evidence-based analysis to assist in decision-making are crucial aspects of this role.
