Key Responsibilities
* Ensure checks and processes are completed in line with company procedures and work instructions
* Carry out document and database audits
* Support accurate data recording
* Maintain accurate records
* Support with customer queries and complaints
* Assist with documentation and general administrative duties

* Previous experience within an administrative environment
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Confident using computer systems and maintaining accurate records
* Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively
* A proactive and detail-focused approach
