What You’ll Do
You’ll take charge of daily on‑site operations, coordinating people, plant, and materials to keep projects running smoothly. You’ll lead briefings, manage subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Working closely with clients, you’ll drive quality, resolve site challenges, and make sure each stage of work stays aligned with programme and design targets.

* Supporting commercial teams with accurate site and progress data.
* Building trusted relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and clients.
What You’ll Bring
You’re a natural leader with experience managing complex civil or marine projects. You combine technical expertise with a proactive, solution‑focused approach and clear communication skills. To join us, you ideally have:
* HNC/HND or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
* CSCS (Site Manager or Supervisor level) and SMSTS certification.
* 3‑5 years of site management or supervisory experience.
* Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and quality control.
* Working knowledge of NEC or JCT contracts and planning tools.
