Secondary Teacher – Telford

Your Role in the Classroom
* Deliver engaging, curriculum-based lessons, plans provided or personalised to your style
* Teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, and Key Stage 5 where required
* Foster a positive learning atmosphere with clear and consistent behaviour expectations
* Monitor student wellbeing and escalate any safeguarding concerns promptly
* Complete essential admin tasks such as attendance registers and feedback notes to ensure a smooth transition for class teachers
* Work closely with staff and leadership to maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning space
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS),including newly qualified teachers
* A solid grasp of your subject and a sound knowledge of the secondary curriculum
* Professional and effective classroom behaviour strategies
* A proactive understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and the confidence to act when needed
* A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
* Flexibility to quickly adapt to new school environments and uphold their expectations
