Job Description
* Drive product specification into new-build and refurbishment projects within custodial and secure healthcare sectors
* Build and nurture relationships with Contractors, Architects, Consultants, and End-users across the UK
* Present technical solutions that meet complex safety, anti-ligature, and security requirements
* Collaborate with internal technical, design and project teams to ensure client needs are met
* Track and manage pipeline opportunities using CRM tools
* Deliver CPD presentations and represent our client at industry events and trade shows
The Successful Applicant
A successful Specification Sales Manager should have:
* Proven experience in specification sales, ideally within secure or mental health environments
* Strong understanding of the construction process, including working with specifiers, architects, and Tier 1 contractors
* Familiarity with MoJ, NHS or other public sector procurement frameworks is highly desirable
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, target-driven and highly organised
* Willing to travel nationally as required
