Veterinary Surgeon Independent Practice
East Yorkshire (Nafferton) £35,000 – £65,000+ DOE | Partnership Potential

Now, they’re looking for an additional Veterinary Surgeon to join their 16-strong vet team — someone who values quality medicine, genuine teamwork, and real clinical freedom.

Whether your passion lies in medicine, dentistry, inpatient care, or surgery, the practice is flexible and supportive. Surgical development is actively encouraged, with orthopaedics and TPLOs performed in-house alongside a highly experienced clinical team.

* Full in-house laboratory

* Multiple lap spays weekly & strong medical caseload

* 22+ RVNs, including a theatre certificate holder
* Vets with a wide range of medical and surgical interests
* Full diagnostic-to-rehabilitation pathway on site
* Well-structured working
* Consulting blocks with protected admin time
* No sole-charge night work — fully staffed OOH service
* 1:4–1:5 weekends (8am–6pm) with full week off in lieu

The Package
* Salary: £35,000 (new graduates) up to £65,000+, with certificates and experience fully recognised
* 4-day working week as standard (part-time considered)
* CPD fully supported, including certificate funding and buy-out if required
* Clear progression, including the opportunity for future partnership
* Parking at both sites
* Staff dogs welcome, with facilities on site

You’ll be:
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and comfortable in a busy, supportive environment
* Interested in medicine, dentistry, or inpatient care (surgeons very welcome too)
* Looking for clinical freedom, high standards, and long-term development within an independent business
