We are pleased to be working with a growing organisation based in Banbury that are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience to work in a supportive environment - offering £30,000.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Processing invoices for multiple companies - including credit card
2. Booking in stock, matching, and checking delivery notes to invoices
3. Reconciling supplier statement
4. EOM payment runs and weekly BACS runs
5. Chasing suppliers for credit notes when items missing
6. Scanning and filing invoices
What they're looking for:
7. Previous Accounts Payable experience
8. Good IT skills including Excel
9. Excellent communication skills
10. Ability to work well individually and as a team
