About The Role
We seek a proactive and adaptable Personal Assistant to support three Global Heads within our Corporate Communications team at our Head Office. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy variety, and excel at seamless coordination, this is your chance to make a significant impact.
Your Responsibilities
1. Provide high-level administrative support across organization and communication matters.
2. Manage diaries, including booking and coordinating domestic & international travel, visas, and accommodations.
3. Organize team meetings, prepare pre-read materials, attend meetings, and record minutes, following up on actions.
4. Handle expense reports via Concur, monitor budgets, and process invoices through Ariba, including raising POs.
5. Coordinate administrative tasks such as managing files, onboarding new staff, tracking team holidays, and updating organizational charts.
The Experience We're Looking For
* Extensive PA experience, ideally at executive level within a large, fast-paced organization.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of taking ownership.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Experience navigating complex global matrix organizations and managing tight deadlines.
* Discretion in handling confidential information.
* Excellent prioritization, time management, and communication skills.
* Willingness to travel occasionally for off-site events.
