Our client is a creative team with high standards and a genuine care for craft. They're looking for a mid-weight designer who's found their feet and is ready to take on more, someone who brings strong ideas, sweats the details, and loves working with people who do the same.
The role
This is an office-based position in Wolverhampton, working closely with the wider creative and client teams day-to-day. You'll take ownership of projects from brief through to delivery, collaborating across disciplines and presenting your thinking clearly along the way. Whether it's brand identity, digital design, campaign visuals, or print - you'll be expected to produce work that's considered, purposeful, and polished.
What we're looking for
* 3-5 years of professional design experience, ideally within an agency or studio environment
* A strong portfolio spanning brand, digital, and/or print - showing a range of thinking, not just execution
* Confident across the Adobe Creative Suite; Figma experience is a plus
* Comfortable managing your own time and juggling multiple briefs without dropping the ball on quality
* A collaborator - you take feedback well, share ideas openly, and make the work around you better
