Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience

The Opportunity
We are a well-established and reputable law firm based in Manchester, known for providing high-quality legal services and building long-term relationships with our clients. Due to continued growth within our Private Client department, we are seeking an organised and motivated Private Client Paralegal to join our team.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven paralegal to gain hands-on experience within a busy Private Client team. You will support solicitors and fee earners in managing a varied caseload and delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with the administration of probate and estate matters
* Drafting legal documents including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and estate correspondence
* Preparing probate applications and supporting documentation
* Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties such as financial institutions and HMRC
* Managing case files and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Conducting legal research and preparing file notes
* Providing general administrative support to the Private Client team
About You
* Previous experience in a Private Client Paralegal or Legal Assistant role
* Strong understanding of Wills, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities
* High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
* Law degree or equivalent legal qualification
* Experience using case management systems
* Previous exposure to estate administration or probate work
