We have an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Project Engineer to join our site in Yeovil. You will be part of a team assessing and driving the achievement of program-specific performance within Honeywell Aerospace. The role involves working on complex aerospace engineering projects across various remits including Environmental Control Systems (ECS), Hydraulics, and Life Support Systems (LSS).
This is a hybrid role, with 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.

Key Responsibilities
1. Create project plans, schedules, and milestones to meet customer expectations using earned value metrics. Monitor and maintain project plans to ensure on-time delivery.
2. Develop and track work packages for internal suppliers supporting technical and schedule adherence.
3. Build relationships with internal and external customers to ensure project completion within cost, quality, and time metrics.
4. Manage requirements, including validation and allocation.
5. Coordinate and lead design reviews according to procedures, managing project risks and mitigation plans.
Minimum Requirements
* HND/HNC/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace.
* Experience in a project engineering environment, understanding the engineering lifecycle from conception to commissioning.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar project forecasting tools.
* Experience working with suppliers and supply chains within a project context.
