Lettings Manager – Duties
* Overseeing a small portfolio of properties ensuring compliance and efficient management
* Anticipate business needs and adapt accordingly
* Reviewing, analysing and improving process and procedure where necessary to optimise team and branch performance
* Cultivating and nurturing long lasting relationships with landlords and key stake holders
* Management of escalation with tenants and landlords
* Staying informed and up to date on legislation and upcoming changes
Lettings Manager – Experience Needed
* Previous experience as a Lettings Manager.
* ARLA qualified or equivalent ideally
* You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills.
* Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented.
* Some Property Management experience essential.
* Excellent knowledge of the lettings process and legislation.
