Job Title: Credit Controller
Contract: Full Time - Permanent
Working Hours: 37 hours, Monday to Friday
Work Arrangement: Hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 days remote)
About the Role
Power NI, part of Energia Group, has an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller based in Belfast. The role involves negotiating with customers to offer suitable repayment options and working within a high-performing team to provide tailored solutions for each customer. You will proactively engage with domestic customers experiencing difficulties paying their energy bills via inbound and outbound calls.
About You
* Experience in handling difficult conversations in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Strong resilience, empathy, and adaptability.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and managing multi-channel communications.
