Deputy Team Manager in Bedale Full Time - £34,000 to £42,000 Salary dependent upon experience. With annual incremental rise. £1000 Welcome Payment (Pro rata for part time roles) Travel Allowance of up to £250 each month (Pro rata for part time roles) An opportunity to be part of a brand new service: PIPS are developing a brand new service in Bedale, supporting an individual in their own home. We are in the process of developing a transition plan for an individual to move back to North Yorkshire. This is a great opportunity to be part of developing this new package of support. Becoming a deputy team manager with PIPS allows you to lead the team delivering great support and improve their quality of life. This is a great opportunity to provide truly person centred support: We are looking for someone who will work directly supporting individuals, developing PBS plans and provide good role modelling for the team. Being proactive, you will provide support and guidance to staff who are supporting other tenants and you will provide leadership to support workers within the service to provide high quality person centred support. The right person for the role : You must be motivated, creative and strive to work in a person centred way, demonstrating excellent communications skills, have a positive outlook - even when times are difficult. A confident caring approach is essential. You will have experience leading support for people with complex needs and autism and PBS experience is essential.
