Kingdom Local Authority Support is recruiting an Environmental Enforcement Team Leader to oversee operations in Skegness. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support and guide a team of officers while actively carrying out enforcement duties yourself. You’ll play a key role in tackling environmental crime, improving public spaces, and ensuring high standards are maintained across your area. Key Responsibilities Leading from the front – conducting patrols and issuing Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) Managing, motivating, and supporting a team of Environmental Enforcement Officers Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across your designated area Liaising with Local Authority partners and key stakeholders Investigating incidents and responding to public concerns Enforcing environmental regulations (littering, fly-tipping, graffiti, waste management) Monitoring team performance, standards, and compliance Coaching, mentoring, and training new team members Preparing reports, case files, and supporting legal processes where required What We’re Looking For Strong leadership and people management skills Confident communicator with a professional and calm approach Ability to remain resilient in challenging situations Previous enforcement, security, or supervisory experience (desirable) Excellent organisation and attention to detail Flexible, reliable, and proactive attitude Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Self-motivated and able to lead by example Essential: Full UK manual driving licence Access to own transport Must be aged 21 or over (insurance purposes) Ability to pass a basic DBS check Why Join Kingdom?
