The Opportunity Due to increased expansion, our client, a leading nuclear consultant, are looking to add multiple manufacturing engineers to their highly successful state of the art facility based in Berkshire. The successful candidate will be subject to high level security clearance and will need to obtain this. The Role Employment Type: Contract This role has been deemed inside IR35 Duration: 12 months Your duties and responsibilities will be * FMEA experience, Quality tool (SPC), TCE, NX, P6 (basic knowledge) * Deliver Manufacturing Engineering solutions in relation to defined requirements, across the full engineering lifecycle, to a high standard. * Support prototype build activities with new processes and support resulting evaluative and non-analytical verification * Demonstrable experience in product development and developing manufacturing capability and processes * Design to Manufacture (D2M) experience of process, tooling or equipment including requirements capture and presenting at design reviews * Delivering results and driving innovative change * Excellent interpersonal and team building skills capable of building good working relationships within the organisation You will have the following qualifications & experience * HNC / HND qualifications er equivalent experience * Demonstrable experience working in a manufacturing environment, with engineering design and supply chain * Knowledge and understanding of process control and problem investigation tools (PFMEAs, control plans, RCA, A3, 5 whys) * Demonstrable experience in product development and developing manufacturing capability and processes * DV security clearance It’s great if you also have the following * Previous nuclear or defence experience Get in touch now If you’re seeking a new opportunity and think you have the skills and experience for this role, then apply now or contact Jordan Tipping.
