Job Opportunity: Support Worker in Social Emotional and Mental Health

Employment Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm
Working Hours: 8:15 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only

Role Overview
The role involves working on a 1:1 basis with children who exhibit challenging behaviour, have SEMH, Autism, and have been through the care system. You will be responsible for providing individualized behaviour interventions and ensuring the child's safety at all times.
Ideal Candidate
* Experience managing challenging behaviour in groups or on a 1:1 basis.
* Experience working with children, young people, or young adults with mental health needs, challenging behaviour, and Autism.
* Immediate availability.
* Clear Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce/Child and Adult Workforce) registered with the Update Service. Assistance with DBS application can be provided if needed.
* Available for full-time work, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
