Description To join a Multi-Disciplinary Team, who undertake Health & Safety/CDM Advisor duties across Crawford Building Consultancy activity and the broader Crawford business. Activities will include, but not be limited to, supporting the CDM Team with administrative tasks such as compiling health and safety files, recording project related information, collecting data for MI, assisting with the creation of pre-construction information, reviewing contractor documentation and other administrative duties in order to ensure the functionality of the team. Responsibilities Compile health and safety files and issue to our clients Respond to general queries verbally or via email and perform CDM Team general administrative tasks Compile data for MI Assist with the creation of pre-construction information and review/record contractor documentation To promote awareness of CDM to all staff members across the business Assist in developing, managing and maintaining relationships with internal and external parties Chase and support our internal/external teams/stakeholders The role is based remotely, however, quarterly in person team meetings are required Assess, manage and monitor our internal process’s Assist in providing a H&S vetting procedure for non CCC contractors and provide CCC with H&S vetting for all new contractors Attend technical bulletins and workshops to ensure continuous professional development Qualifications Excellent communication skills, verbally and written, with various stakeholders from building surveyors to contractors Be able to use your initiative and demonstrate a proactive solution focussed approach to problem solving to maintain our processes and client relationships Excellent written skills, including report/documentation writing with attention to detail Have a ‘can do’ attitude, persistent approach, with excellent resilience Complies with our R.E.S.T.O.R.E values Excellent analytical and decision-making ability in order to analyse complex information correctly and make sound decisions to support business needs Strong organisation/time management skills to deliver on a variety of actions and to tight timescales Strong influencing skills to energise others and complete the job in an accurate and timely manner.
