We are seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Cecconi's Mayfair, a modern day classic Italian restaurant in Central London.
Cecconi’s Mayfair is part of the Soho House family, opened by Enzo Cecconi in 1978. We serve handmade pasta, seafood, and dishes from Italy using the finest ingredients.

The Role… As the Junior Sous Chef, your duties will include recruiting and training new employees, adhering to allergy procedure and food preferences, as well as working with the Executive and Head Chef on developing new menu options.

* Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required
Cecconi’s Mayfair Opening Hours: Mon – Fri – 7am to 12am, Saturday – 8am – 12am, Sunday 8am – 11pm. Subject to change.
