At R Dental Clinic, we're more than just a dental practice — we're a team that truly cares. Based in our modern, four-surgery clinic in Bradford, we deliver exceptional NHS and private dental care, from routine checkups to Invisalign and smile makeovers.
We're on the lookout for a confident, compassionate and organised Dental Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our clinic. If you thrive in a busy, friendly environment and love being part of a team that makes a real difference, you might be exactly who we're looking for.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Welcoming patients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism
* Scheduling and managing appointments to keep our days running smoothly
* Answering phone and email queries with clarity and care
* Keeping accurate patient records using SOE (experience is a big plus)
* Managing billing and payments with attention to detail
* Supporting the clinical team and helping with patient handovers
* Occasionally assisting with social media content to promote our clinic
* Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and infection control
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience as a dental receptionist
* Ideally, GDC-registered or with dental nursing experience
* Strong communication and multitasking skills
* Organised, proactive, and solution-focused
* Friendly and professional – always ready with a smile
Flexibility is key – occasional late evenings and one Saturday every 3 months may be required.
