An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Field Sales Manager to join a growing business supplying electrical and electronic components into the electrical wholesale market. This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional with a strong background working with electrical wholesalers and electrical contractors across the South of England.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage strong relationships with electrical wholesalers, electrical contractors, and distribution partners.
* Promote and sell a range of electrical and electronic components, supporting both stock and project‑based opportunities.
* Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and commercial discussions.
* Identify and convert new business opportunities to drive regional revenue growth.
* Increase product range penetration within existing accounts.
* Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends and market developments within the electrical wholesale sector.
Key Requirements
* Proven field sales experience selling components to the electrical wholesale industry (essential).
* Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Experience selling electrical or electronic products into wholesalers and contractors.
* Confident communicator, able to engage with branch managers, buyers and contractors.
* Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
