We are seeking a Middle Office Analyst to join GSK Treasury based at our GSK HQ in London. You will support Treasury’s risk management and governance activities with a strong focus on controls, compliance and operational integrity. Success requires solid knowledge of Treasury processes, systems and policies and the ability to work cross‑functionally to strengthen controls and drive operational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
1. Support reviews of Treasury processes to ensure controls are effective and activities comply with Treasury, Group, SOX and EMIR requirements.
2. Assist monitoring of Treasury risk activities to ensure alignment with the Finance Manual and TMG/Board‑approved mandates.
3. Manage and process KYC requests from Global Relationship Banks for Treasury entities.
4. Prepare and maintain regular Middle Office reporting, ensuring accuracy and governance alignment.
5. Support implementation of financial controls to identify and mitigate potential breaches.
6. Provide data and analytical support for strategic Treasury projects.
7. Produce daily, weekly and monthly monitoring reports to confirm Front/Back Office trading/execution remains within approved limits.
8. Work with Internal and External Audit to complete Treasury SOX activities and testing per the governance calendar.
9. Monitor Treasury cost allocations, support variance analysis and contribute insight to consolidated Treasury budgets.
Why you?

10. Preferred: AMCT (or equivalent) qualification in Treasury.
11. Experience supporting ERP platforms and Treasury Management Systems, and in core treasury operations is preferred.
12. Proven middle‑office or back‑office experience with strong analytical capability.
13. Good understanding of treasury governance, systems and processes.
14. Self‑starter with high learning agility, strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
