Housing Management Coordinator Pay £13.21 per hour (£25,838 per annum pro rata) and great benefits including Health Cash Plan Permanent, part time (34 hpw) Scunthorpe We can’t offer a CoS for this role Home, a place where you belong This is a great opportunity for a Housing Management Coordinator to join our team here in Scunthorpe as our Housing and Property Specialist, you’ll focus on tenancy support for our customers, ensuring their homes are safe and well maintained.
Providing a housing management service, you’ll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts with the aim of helping them move on to a secure, long-term accommodation! What’s in it for you? * 34 days leave, pro-rated (including bank holidays and a “me day”) * Paid time off for volunteering * Matching Pension contributions (up to 7%, with life assurance of 3x Basic Salary) * Save up to £1140 yearly with our health cash plan, covering dental, optical, and therapies * Career path with development and an excellent training package * Excellent benefits and rewards including supermarket discounts and travel expenses What you’ll do * Working with victims of domestic violence * Making sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of, you’ll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies. * Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account. * Where there is a need, you’ll also issue and sign warning letters and notices which may lead to attending court. * Getting rooms ready for the next customers who needs our help and for maximum occupancy, you’ll turn around vacant or void rooms within set timescales. * Ensuring we are health and safety compliant and that maintenance standards are met.
