To assist in the planning, developing, and implementation of the digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, traffic, revenue, and profit for the Love2shop brands.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of the overall digital marketing strategy.
2. Work with the wider marketing team in planning integrated seasonal and product-specific campaigns.
3. Assist in the development and implementation of the SEO strategy, including ongoing keyword research to identify new opportunities and support for efficient SEO and PPC.
4. Assist and manage the production of SEO content.
5. Assist in outreach activities and backlink acquisition.
6. Help manage Pay-per-Click campaigns, including ongoing optimization of ad copy, keyword targeting, and bid management across Google & Bing.
7. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing activities using analytics and other measurement tools.
8. Learn to measure ROI and develop appropriate KPIs for digital marketing activity.
9. Participate in managing our social channels, both organic and paid activities.
10. Help manage and improve our content marketing process for distribution across all online channels.
11. Collaborate with legal, compliance, and finance teams to ensure beneficial and secure agreements.
12. Stay updated with the latest technology and digital marketing best practices.
13. Monitor competitor activity and provide regular updates to the team.
Technical Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Experience Needed):
1. At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in SEO/SEM/PPC, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
2. Basic knowledge of various digital marketing channels.
3. Familiarity with online marketing tools and best practices.
4. Understanding of web design principles and best practices.
5. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
6. Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
7. BSc degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a relevant field.
