No experience is required; we provide all the training you need.You'll be part of a caring team in a small, welcoming supported living home in Abingdon. We sometimes find people with an interest in psychology do well in this role, or perhaps you're considering a specialist career supporting autistic people and people with learning disabilities.You will need a manual driving licence (the men have their own cars). You'll be a ‘people person', creative, flexible and have bucket loads of initiative and great resilience.If you have little or no previous experience in care, we still want to hear from you! we will provide you with an extensive care training package whilst you are getting to know and work with these amazing young men.
