Job Title: Business Administrator
Hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday

The Role
As a Business Administrator supporting the New Business department, you will be the first point of contact for clients, work on research projects, coordinate documents, and handle administrative duties. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your career within a passionate team and build lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
* Support the New Business department, answer calls, and redirect as needed
* Manage client queries and emails promptly and accurately
* Build relationships with external clients and internal teams
* Conduct research and assist with ad hoc projects
* Check, format, and execute documents thoroughly
* Perform general administrative tasks and organize the office
About You
* Previous administration or customer service experience is beneficial
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with diverse individuals
* Proficient in MS Office
* A positive, friendly attitude
