Primary Care – Prescribing Pharmacist (Permanent)
Join Omnes Healthcare as a Clinical Independent Prescribing Pharmacist and make a meaningful difference to patient care in our GP practice.
Location: Greenwich – Part‑time, 20 hrs per week (Self‑employed contracts also available).
Key Responsibilities
* Provide independent prescribing services and clinical advice to patients.
* Support medication reviews, reconciliation, and optimisation in line with best practice.
* Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, ANPs, and other primary care professionals to improve patient outcomes.
* Contribute to clinical governance, audit, and service improvement initiatives.
* Deliver patient education and counselling to support safe and effective use of medicines.
Role Requirements
* Current GPhC registration.
* Independent Prescribing qualification.
* Experience working within primary care or general practice.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Commitment to high‑quality, patient‑centred care.
* Evidence of ongoing professional development (CPD).
