Current projects include prestigious retail fit-outs in Knightsbridge, requiring exceptional attention to detail and seamless project delivery. Role Summary We are seeking a motivated Graduate to Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team and support high-profile retail fit-out projects. The successful candidate will assist in cost control, procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting, working alongside project managers, designers, and specialist manufacturing teams to deliver interiors of the highest quality. Key Responsibilities * Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for retail fit-out projects. * Support procurement by liaising with subcontractors and luxury material suppliers. * Track and manage variations, valuations, and project cost reports. * Assist in contract administration (JCT and bespoke agreements). * Collaborate with project managers and in-house joinery teams to align budgets with design and programme requirements. * Contribute to commercial reporting and final account preparation. * Uphold strict quality and financial control standards across all stages of the project. Candidate Profile – Skills & Qualifications * Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline. * 1–3 years’ experience as a QS, ideally within fit-out, high-end retail, or luxury interiors. * Knowledge of procurement, contract administration, and cost reporting. * Excellent numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively within fast-paced retail project environments. * Strong communication skills with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams. * Understanding of bespoke joinery or luxury finishes (desirable).
