🕒 Working Hours
Monday-Thursday: 7:45am - 4:00pm
Friday: 7:45am - 2:00pm
Term‑time only, until the end of the academic year📝 Key Responsibilities
Front‑office support - greeting visitors, managing calls, and providing a welcoming first point of contact
Administrative coordination - maintaining records, supporting staff with documentation, and handling daily admin tasks
Attendance and data entry - updating systems accurately and efficiently
Communication support - liaising with parents, staff, and external agencies
General office duties - filing, photocopying, scheduling, and supporting wider school operations💻 Systems & Experience
Experience using Arbor is desirable but not required.
Strong IT skills and confidence with school databases are beneficial.
Previous school‑based admin experience is helpful but not essential.🔐 Compliance Requirements
DBS on the Update Service is essential.
