Job Role:
1. Stripping mattresses into their various material layers (e.g., foam, fabric, springs).
2. Sorting and storing materials in designated areas of the warehouse for recycling purposes.
3. Handling and organising materials to ensure smooth workflow and proper storage.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work efficiently to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
2. Adhere to safety protocols while performing heavy lifting and handling materials.
3. Maintain cleanliness in the work area and contribute to a tidy and organised warehouse.
