We are a refined, Japanese-inspired restaurant dedicated to delivering an unforgettable dining experience through exquisite cuisine and warm hospitality. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and personable Restaurant Manager to lead our team with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
* Lead, train, and inspire a passionate team, promoting teamwork and high service standards.
* Collaborate with the culinary and bar team to create innovative menu offerings, including seasonal and rotating specials to keep the team engaged and creative.
* Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manage inventory efficiently, ordering and controlling costs.
* Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting.
* Uphold and enhance our high standards of service, cleanliness, and hospitality, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, working closely with ownership to drive growth and innovation.
Requirements
* A warm, engaging leader with exceptional communication skills who builds strong relationships with staff, guests, and suppliers.
* A hospitality professional with previous management or supervisory experience in a high-end restaurant setting, with strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
* A keen eye for detail, organization, and seamless service execution whilst working in a fast paced environment.
* Someone who is goal-oriented and eager to develop within the industry.
* A problem-solver who can stay calm under pressure while leading a team with confidence.
