Community Independent Living are recruiting Female Health Care Assistants to join our vastly growing team in the Sefton and Knowsley area
Your duties will include (but they are not limited to):
* Supporting service users with personal care tasks.
* Follow person centre care plan tailored to service users individual needs.
* Assisting service users with the skills required for community living.
* Promoting independence as much as possible.
* Assisting/prompting with medication.
* Meal preparation.
* Monitoring of health conditions.
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months UK based care experience (Preferred)
* Full UK driving license and access to a car (Essential due to the nature of the role)
* Able to demonstrate basic life skills (cooking, cleaning, budgeting and shopping).
