\n\nJob Title: Facilities Manager\n \nCBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Facilities Manager to join the team located at 60 Gracechurch St, London EC3V 0HR\n \nWorking alongside one of our most prestigious clients in their head office in Gracechurch, you as the Facilities Manager will have responsibility for the management of an FM team, vendors, Health and Safety, environmental, company procedures related general legislation and client/tenant requirements. This includes ensuring the adherence to the budgetary costs and customer service standards.

\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nTo ensure the fabric + M&E of the building both externally and internally is maintained and serviced to a high standard in accordance with the management contract and agreed budgets.\nTo be responsible for all the health and safety compliance onsite, including that of third party services providers and maintenance records. This includes ensuring Meridian is regularly updated and monitored in accordance with all the Health and Safety requirements.\n\nRegular monitoring of the key performance indicators and taking remedial action as applicable to ensure the required standards are maintained and constantly improved for the full range of buildings\nTo compile and maintain all required management information/records relating to company, health and safety and other related records. This includes asset register, emergency plans and all related records and management reports\nTo manage FOH service, ensuing a 5* service is always delivered\nTo manage the cleaning and security in the building.

Working with supply partners to ensure SOPs are in place. Regular checks of the security on site.\nTo manage the cleaning contractor, daily walk arounds to be completed, ensuring the cleaning is kept to the highest possible standard as this site is the Allianz head office with VIPs on site every day\n\nTo ensure fire and other evacuations are carried out on a regular basis in accordance with the health and safety requirements. This includes ensuring the emergency plan and related site maps are continually updated within all properties including these managed by reportees, as applicable.\n\nTo monitor FM works onsite and liaise with service providers/sub-contractors.\nAny other duties as in accordance with the needs of the business\n \nPerson Specification/Requirements\n\nEducated to degree level or equivalent\nPrevious regional facilities management experience within a multi let property environment.

This includes Line Management responsibility for Company personnel and contractors and management service agreements as applicable.\nExperience managing soft services\nExcellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills\nIT literate, together with an understanding and experience of industry specific IT Applications.\nHigh degree and knowledge reference of Health and Safety legislation, environmental protection requirements and ideally IOSH or NEBOSH qualified\nAnalytical skills\nAbility to work within a team and on own initiative and within a pressurised environment with excellent organisational and planning skills
