Job Title: Residential Home Manager - Dementia Care Location: Ilford Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per year Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent The Role We're recruiting for an experienced Residential Home Manager to lead a well-established 20-bed care home that supports older people, most of whom are living with dementia or other mental health-related conditions. The home is currently at full occupancy, and the incoming manager must be ready to take full leadership responsibility from day one. CQC registration is essential, so applicants must already be in a position to register or transfer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys running a close-knit, community-focused home and is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
