Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic and Multimedia Designer to join our construction company. This role is perfect for a creative professional with a strong eye for visual storytelling, branding, and digital design. You will be responsible for producing engaging visual content that supports our marketing, sales, and project documentation. Your work will help communicate the transformation and value we bring to buildings and spaces.
You will collaborate with marketing, project management, and site teams to develop both print and digital materials that reflect our brand and showcase our renovation projects.
Duties
* Design high-quality visuals for marketing and project materials, including brochures, flyers, signage, proposals, and social media content.
* Create compelling before-and-after project showcases, client presentations, and infographics that illustrate our renovation work.
* Develop digital assets for use across web platforms, social media channels, and internal communications.
* Work with the marketing and sales teams to maintain and evolve the company's brand identity.
* Capture and edit photos and videos of renovation projects for use in promotional content and case studies.
* Design and update layouts for website content, ensuring a clean and user-friendly experience.
* Support the development of tender presentations, construction proposals, and internal reports by producing polished visuals.
* Stay informed about design trends and best practices in the construction and renovation industry.
* Manage and update content using content management systems such as WordPress.
* Present design concepts to internal teams and adjust based on feedback.
Experience
* Proven experience as a graphic or multimedia designer, preferably in construction, architecture, or a related industry.
* Strong portfolio that includes branding, print materials, digital designs, and multimedia content.
* Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), and additional tools like Figma, CorelDRAW, or Sketch.
* Experience with video editing and photo enhancement is a strong asset.
* Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems, especially WordPress, is beneficial.
* Ability to convey complex renovation processes through clear and engaging visuals.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: £30,420.00-£40,661.44 per year
