As a Visual Merchandiser at Stradivarius, you’ll bring our collections to life in-store—balancing brand DNA, trend awareness and commercial performance to create an inspiring environment for customers. Reporting to the General Manager and Deputy Manager, you’ll work closely with the store team to deliver exceptional presentation and a premium customer journey.
This is a full-time position requiring full flexibility, including evenings and weekends, with occasional early starts for deliveries and visual changes.
You’re trend‑aware and detail‑obsessed, with a strong eye for styling and storytelling. You translate product into outfits and moments that feel inspiring, feminine and fashion‑forward—always with a commercial lens. You read performance and customer behaviour, react quickly, and keep the floor clear, curated and easy to shop. Fast‑paced energises you: you’re proactive, adaptable, and proud of executing the basics brilliantly while constantly raising the visual standard as a team.
