Responsibilities
* Clean windows on both residential and commercial premises, ensuring streak-free results
* Use appropriate cleaning tools and solutions to achieve optimal clarity and shine
* Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, or cherry pickers to access high or hard-to-reach areas
* Maintain equipment in good condition and report any maintenance needs
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and address any concerns
* Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during work activities
* Manage scheduling efficiently to meet client deadlines and expectations
Experience
* Previous experience in window cleaning or similar outdoor cleaning roles is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided
* Valid driving licence is required to facilitate travel between multiple sites
* Fluency in English is required for effective communication with clients and team members
* Excellent customer service skills are essential to ensure client satisfaction
* Strong communication skills are necessary for coordinating with team members and understanding client needs
