Health, Food and Safety Advisor
Up to £45,000
Hybrid based in Bedfordshire with travel across the UK.

We’re looking for a Health & Safety professional with experience in the leisure or retail sector, managing multiple high-footfall sites. In this field-based role, you’ll be at the heart of:
Conducting audits across health, fire and food safety
Delivering training and upskilling site teams
Leading incident investigations
Driving compliance and best practice
Partnering with site teams and senior leaders to embed a strong safety culture
This role is varied, fast-paced and absolutely key to keeping both teams and customers safe every single day.
What you’ll bring:
Multi-site experience in leisure, hospitality, or retail
NEBOSH Certificate or Diploma (minimum General Certificate)
Strong knowledge of H&S and food safety legislation
Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
A practical, solutions-focused approach – more than just ticking boxes
