Job Title: Senior Structural Design Engineer

What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 5 - 10 years' experience in structural steelwork design
* Degree-educated, working towards incorporated or chartered status
* Extensive experience in structural steelwork frame, member, and connection design
* Proficiency in design software including Tekla Structural Designer, Tekla Portal Designer, Masterseries, S-Frame, and Idea Statica
* Ability to produce both manual and software design calculations
* Strong knowledge of British and European design standards/codes
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage projects independently or collaboratively within the design team
* Work to company QA procedures and design budgets
* Coordinate information with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors
* Attend and conduct project meetings
* Contribute to continuous business improvement
