Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements.
* Facilitate workshops, interviews, and other requirement-gathering activities.
* Produce high-quality artefacts including business cases, process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
* Work closely with delivery teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
* Support UAT planning and execution.
* Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to business analysis activities.
* Ensure alignment with programme goals and compliance with security and governance standards.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Active SC Clearance (must be currently valid and transferable).
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
* Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working on government, defence, or regulated sector projects.
* Ability to produce clear and concise documentation.
* Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and MS Office Suite.
Desirable:
* Experience with GDS (Government Digital Service) standards.
* Exposure to data-driven projects or digital transformation programmes.
* Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles.
* BCS or IIBA certification.
