This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Exeter office .
The salary on offer is up to £24,000.

It involves: Organising & recommending maintenance works Ensuring the portfolio remains compliant to include gas, electrical and fire safety Making regular check in calls with landlords Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers & landlords Renewing & negotiating tenancy agreements Arrangement of inspections, inventories & check outs of our customers Working with external suppliers to fulfil your role Were not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too!
