What will you be doing?
Greeting clients, contractors, and visitors with a warm welcome.
Answering calls and handling enquiries with professionalism.
Managing access passes and supporting building security procedures.
Keeping the reception area organised and presentable at all times.
Assisting with post, deliveries, and day-to-day office coordination.
Working closely with Knight Frank and Mitie teams to ensure smooth operations.
What do you need to bring?
Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer service role.
Great communication skills and a friendly, confident manner.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively.
A professional appearance and positive attitude.
