We are hiring for our client, a market-leading manufacturer and distributor in the interiors sector, who are seeking a driven Customer Success Executive to join their growing team. The Role:
* Identify, qualify and convert new inbound sales leads
* Build long-term customer relationships
* Proactively manage and nurture a portfolio of existing customers to increase spend/grow account
* Work closely with Sales Managers
* Research new markets using CRM and data tools
* Deliver product presentations, quotes, and proposals
The Person - What we’re looking for:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales or customer service role
* 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Grade C in English & Maths
* Strong communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills
* Self-starter with a positive mindset and can-do attitude
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Commercial awareness, confidence in engaging with key decision-makers
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
